Our fees reflect the average rates for therapeutic services in the vibrant and dynamic San Francisco Bay Area/Cupertino. Every individual’s needs are unique, and we encourage you to reach out for a confidential, free 20 minute consultation. During this conversation, we can discuss your specific requirements, explore the therapeutic process, and provide detailed information about our fees. Your well-being is our priority, and we are here to ensure that you have the information you need to make the best decision for your journey.

Insurance

Unfortunately, we do not accept any insurance at this time, therefore clients are the sole responsible for payment. However, we can offer a statement with appropriate details for you to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier if applicable. This statement is frequently called a SUPERBILL, which contains all necessary information to submit to an insurance company.

Reduced Fee

We might offer a reduced fee to clients unable to afford our full fee (limited spots).

Payment

Full payment is due before or by the end of each session. Sessions can be paid by cash (in person) or via Credit/Debit Card using Ivy/Jane App (teletherapy).

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and our time as well, so we have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you do not contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session, you will be charged in full for any missed or canceled sessions.
