About Tuyet
When you reach out to Trauma Healing Therapy, the first voice or message you receive often comes from me—and that moment matters deeply. I believe the way someone is welcomed into care can set the tone for their entire healing journey. Whether I’m answering a call, helping you schedule your first session, or making sure every detail feels seamless, my goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and genuinely cared for from the very beginning.
In my role as Clinic Coordinator, I ensure that every client’s journey—from first inquiry to ongoing care—feels supported and well-organized. Behind the scenes, I handle scheduling, coordination, and administrative details so that our therapists can focus entirely on the work of healing.
What This Work Means to Me
What fills my cup most outside of work is being fully present with my son—sharing laughter, exploring the world, or simply enjoying a quiet moment free from to-do lists. Those experiences remind me how powerful it is to slow down, connect, and find meaning in the simple things. It’s that same sense of presence and intentionality that I bring into my work every day.
I’ve worked in the medical field for several years, supporting clients in both hospital and private-practice settings. That time has given me a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to seek care and the healing that happens when people feel understood.
My background as a Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist continues to shape how I approach every interaction—with compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
